She graduated from Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics with honours. He completed his second university education at Anadolu University Department of Cookery and graduated from this department with honours. During his education, he completed his internships at Turkish Airlines Catering Company, Istanbul Çapa Medical Faculty Hospital and Aydın Adnan Menderes University Hospital. She served at Aydın Fitterapi Healthy Life Centre, where she was one of the founders, between 2019-2024. She is currently working at the Dietitian Gülsüm Erdem Sert Clinic, a Private Health Professional Service Unit affiliated to the Ministry of Health. In addition to her professional training, she has successfully completed Psychodiet Dietitian Training. With her psychodiet approach, she creates awareness in her clients and raises awareness of sustainable and healthy nutrition. In nutritional counselling, it applies personalised nutrition programmes; it focuses on changing nutritional behaviour by creating the most appropriate nutrition plan for the individual's living conditions. Throughout the counselling process, it aims to help individuals get out of the cycle of weight gain and loss by providing healthy nutrition education.
