1. General Principles
- All papers to be submitted to our congress will be evaluated in terms of academic originality, scientific contribution and compliance with ethical values.
- Papers can be in the form of original research, review, case study or practice-based studies.
- Previously published papers or papers presented in another congress are not accepted.
2. Proceedings Language
- Papers can be prepared in Turkish or English. However, the language of presentation must be clearly indicated.
- The language is expected to be clear and understandable in accordance with the academic style.
3. Paper Format
- Title: 12 pt, bold, capitalised, centred. Maximum 15 words.
- Author(s): Name, surname, academic title, institution, ORCID number and e-mail address.
- Abstract: It should be written in 250-300 words, single paragraph and with a line spacing of 1.15. The aim, method, findings and conclusion should be clearly included in the abstract.
- Keywords: Minimum 3, maximum 5 keywords should be given.
- Full Text (Optional):
- - 6,000 words maximum.
- - Times New Roman, 12 font size, 1.5 line spacing, A4 size, 2.5 cm margins.
- - Titles should be numbered (1. Introduction, 2. Method, 3. Results, etc.)
- - Tables and figures should be given in appropriate places in the text and titled.
- - References should be given in the text in accordance with APA 7 format.
4. Submission Process
- Papers should only be submitted through the system specified on the official website of the congress.
- Each participant can apply with a maximum of two papers.
- The order of authors must be clearly indicated at the time of submission and cannot be changed afterwards.
5. Ethical Rules and Plagiarism Check
- All papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity rate above will not be evaluated.
- For studies on human subjects or animals, the relevant ethics committee approval must be uploaded as a document.
- Authors should declare that their studies were conducted in accordance with ethical rules.
6. Referee Process and Acceptance
- Papers will be evaluated by double blind refereeing process.
- Accepted papers are categorised as oral or poster presentations and the author(s) are notified of the type of presentation.
- Accepted papers will be published in the congress proceedings book with ISBN. The works of authors who submit full texts can also be published in special congress books or contracted academic journals with editorial evaluation.
7. Important dates
- Start of Paper Submission: 13 October 2025
- Deadline for Submission: 20 February 2026
- Notification of Acceptance: No later than 15 working days after submission
- Full Text Submission Date: 02 - 09 April 2026
8. Presentation and Participation
- Paper presentations will be made face-to-face. The type of presentation should be specified in advance and the technical infrastructure will be provided after the acceptance of the paper.
- Presentation time is 15 minutes. A separate session will be planned for poster presentations.
- Participants presenting papers must have completed their congress registration. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the programme.

Within the scope of the 21st International Congress on Women in the 21st Century, special Masterclass programmes will be organised for young artists. Each student will have a one-hour one-to-one lesson with expert instructors in their field and will take part in the other sessions as a passive audience.
At the end of the programme, students selected among the active participants will perform at the Performance Concert and will be evaluated for the "Best Performance Award".
All active participants will receive an internationally recognised certificate of participation.
