In 1997, Dr. F. Neval Genç graduated from Hacettepe University İ.İ.B.F. Department of Public Administration and received her Master's degree in Public Administration from Hacettepe University SBE in 2000. She continued her doctorate in Gazi University SBE Public Administration programme and graduated in 2005. In 2001, Genç started to work as a research assistant in Adnan Menderes University, Nazilli Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration, and worked as an Assistant Professor in the Public Administration Department of the same University between 2005-2010, as an associate professor in the same department between 2010-2015, and has been working as a Professor since 2015. Having served as Vice Dean at ADU Nazilli Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Director of ADU Institute of Social Sciences, Dean of ADU Söke Faculty of Business Administration, Genç is currently working as the Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration. Dr Genç's main fields of study are crisis and disaster management, urban transformation, governance and metropolitan municipalities. Dr. Genç has many national and international articles and papers in these fields and books titled Transforming Cities and Changing Local Governments (with H. Özgür and A. Yılmaz) and Public Administration from Management to Governance, Governance and Reflections on Turkish Public Administration, Disaster Management, Crisis Management-Covid-19 Pandemic. Genç has also worked in national and international projects.

Masterclass Programmes

Within the scope of the 21st International Congress on Women in the 21st Century, special Masterclass programmes will be organised for young artists. Each student will have a one-hour one-to-one lesson with expert instructors in their field and will take part in the other sessions as a passive audience.

At the end of the programme, students selected among the active participants will perform at the Performance Concert and will be evaluated for the "Best Performance Award".

All active participants will receive an internationally recognised certificate of participation.
