Prof. Dr. Pınar YENGİN SARPKAYA completed her undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Language and History Geography, Department of Turkish Language, and her master's degree at Celal Bayar University, Institute of Social Sciences. Yengin Sarpkaya, who completed her doctorate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration, worked as a Turkish Language and Literature teacher in Gaziantep Nizip and as a Turkish Language lecturer at Dokuz Eylül, Celal Bayar and Adnan Menderes Universities. She became an assistant professor in Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Administration in 2008, associate professor in 2016 and professor in 2021. He is currently working as the head of the department and lecturer in the same department. Prof. Dr. Pınar Yengin Sarpkaya is working on educational administration, educational supervision and professional development of teachers, and organisational behaviour in educational organisations. She worked as an expert in the 36-month European Union project titled "Women Administrators Break the Glass Ceiling".
