Gaye Neslihan Budaklı completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. In 2001, she completed her undergraduate education at Atatürk University Faculty of Agriculture. In 2003, she started working as an agricultural engineer in geothermal heated greenhouses within Aydın MB Holding and continued as General Manager in 2013. She completed her master's degree in Agricultural Economics at Akdeniz University in 2007. She completed her PhD programme in Clinical Psychology at the Department of Psychology at American Metropolitan University in 2019. She continues her education in the Department of Sociology at Anadolu University, which she started in 2022. In the continuation of her working life, she has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greenhouse Producers and Investors Association of Turkey for 6 years and the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the last two years. Gaye Neslihan Budaklı, who has been working as a project coordinator in Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Economics for 6 years, also continues to work as a referee in ADU Technopolis and Tübitak Mam. She writes articles on innovative agricultural methods such as soilless agriculture and women's employment in many national journals. He participated in many workshops on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and prepared the National Geothermal Greenhouse Strategy report. As of February 2023, he continues his duty as General Director of KEVSER SERA.
