She is a psychodrama therapist and trainer. She is the founder/president of Istanbul Psychodrama Institute (1996)www.istpsikodrama.com.tr, Istanbul Birth Academy (2010) www.dogumakademisi.comkurucularından and Hand in Hand for Birth Association (2015) www.dogumicinelele.com, vice president of ISPPM www.isppm.ngo international prenatal and perinatal psychology and medicine association. Founder and board member of Prenatal Alliance Association www.prenatalalliance.org He is a co-founder of the Prenatal Sciences Partnership and is currently on the board of The Hall of Honour. www.prenatalsciencespartnership.org She is also the representative of ICI (International Birth Initiation) in Turkey. She has been working as an individual and group therapist for 36 years. Since 2010, she has been attending births with midwives and doctors as a Birth Psychologist in the Keşkesiz Birth Team and continues her support not only for the family but also for the birth teams. Her goal is to ensure that every woman experiences a preferred pregnancy, birth and postnatal process under the guidance of healthy mother-baby criteria and that everyone is provided with uninterrupted support under all circumstances, including family and teams. For this purpose, she initiated the process of supporting the births of babies who died in the womb, such as Bereavement Doula Training, for the first time in the Hand in Hand for Birth Association. She has completed the Erasmus Plus Project on midwifery education together with Germany and Greece. She makes presentations as a speaker at international and national conferences and congresses and she presents psychology in Water Birth Trainings every year. She has dedicated her life and work to births, births and all birth supporters. In the process of parent and baby therapy after birth, it gives babies the space to tell their birth stories in their own language. She is an active member of APPPAH (prenatal psychology and health association), ISPPM (international prenatal psychology and medicine association), EAP (european association of psychotherapy), FEPTO (european association of psychodrama institutes), ENCA (european association of birth associations), EDN (european doula association). In 2019, she was awarded the "Trainer Award" of APPPAH. Various articles, book chapters (Water Birth, Obstetric Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation: Psychology in Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum, Empowering Women in Maternal Care: Psychological Changes, Needs and Recommendations in Pregnancy"; "Birthing Models on the Human Right Frontier: Birth with No Regret", "Your Story in the Journey of Motherhood: Empowerment in Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Period: Awareness of Transformation, Spiritual Changes in Pregnancy, Suggestions". Masterclass Programmes

Within the scope of the 21st International Congress on Women in the 21st Century, special Masterclass programmes will be organised for young artists. Each student will have a one-hour one-to-one lesson with expert instructors in their field and will take part in the other sessions as a passive audience.

At the end of the programme, students selected among the active participants will perform at the Performance Concert and will be evaluated for the "Best Performance Award".

All active participants will receive an internationally recognised certificate of participation.
